Betrayal Trauma Group Counseling for Women
You don't have to walk through betrayal alone. You are not defined by what happened to you. Betrayal may be part of your story, but it does not have to define your future. Healing is possible. Hope is possible. You don't have to do it alone.
My Approach
Discovering a partner's infidelity, emotional affair, repeated deception, or other form of relational betrayal can turn your world upside down. The pain often feels overwhelming and can leave you questioning your reality, your worth, and whether you can ever feel safe again.
If you're struggling with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, hyper-vigilance, grief, anger, or simply trying to make sense of what has happened, you are not alone. My Betrayal Trauma Therapy Group is a safe, confidential place where women can find understanding, healing, and hope alongside others who truly understand what they're experiencing.

What Is Betrayal Trauma?
Betrayal trauma is the emotional, psychological, and physical response that occurs when someone you deeply trusted violates that trust. Many women experience symptoms similar to trauma, including:
Constant anxiety or panic
Difficulty sleeping
Racing thoughts and intrusive images
Feeling emotionally numb
Loss of confidence or identity
Hypervigilance or constantly checking for reassurance
Grief, anger, and sadness
Difficulty trusting yourself or others
These reactions are normal responses to an abnormal experience. Healing is possible.
